Choose between a 1 mile or 5k loop. Run or walk your way to supporting our local Heritage Trail.

I am honored and excited to step into the role of President of the Glenns Ferry Chamber of Commerce. As someone who was born and raised in Glenns Ferry, this community means so much to me, and I am deeply passionate about supporting our local businesses, economic growth, and the unique character of our town. We have an exciting year ahead with a lot planned — including community activities, business promotion, a new Chamber website, and increased collaboration across our business community. I’m incredibly optimistic about what we can accomplish together. 
I’m truly excited to work with the chamber board and our chamber members as we continue to strengthen Glenns Ferry’s business environment and community connections. Thank you for your continued support — we’re looking forward to a great year ahead!

Join us in celebrating community, service, and pride as Glenns Ferry works toward 250 acts of service. We invite individuals, families, and organizations to take time out of their day to give back—big or small, every act counts.


As you serve, please document your efforts with notes and photos and email them to us. We will then add them on our website, here. Your contributions will be recognized locally and counted toward Idaho’s statewide goal of 250,000 acts of service.


Together, we can showcase the heart of Glenns Ferry and make a lasting impact.

Business of the Month for June
Homestead Supply

Owned by Jeff and Jody Askew, Homestead Supply has been serving the Glenns Ferry community since December 2022. Located at 90 E. Idaho Avenue, the store offers the essentials rural Idaho residents rely on, including hardware, lumber, feed, garden supplies, and a variety of unique items you won't find just anywhere.

What makes Homestead Supply special is its commitment to old-fashioned customer service and creating an atmosphere that feels like stepping back in time. Jeff and Jody have worked hard to build a store where neighbors can gather, share stories, and find what they need with a personal touch.

When asked what they enjoy most about running the business, their answer was simple: the people and their stories. Their love for Glenns Ferry shines through in everything they do, from supporting community events to helping visitors and locals alike feel welcome.
One fun fact many people may not know? The building once had a bar in the basement—and some say it may even have a few ghosts!

Homestead Supply continues to be an important part of our community, providing products, service, and a friendly place to stop in and visit. Be sure to stop by and say hello—and don't forget to bring a treat for Riuki, who sends greetings to everyone!
